How to take care of our toner cartridges?

Do not swallow toner, harmful to the human body to keep the baby away from touching
1 Before the toner cartridge is not used, do not open the packaging bags or bottle cap
2 Before the toner cartridge needs to be installed and removed, you should cut off the power to the printer
3 Before the toner cartridge in the copier, please make sure the copier is properly used
4 Toner cartridge should be keep in cool and dry place, avoid humility
5 To avoid affecting normal office, users should maintain a new toner cartridge at any time as an alternate
6 Used toner cartridge should be stored properly packed to avoid polluting the environment

How does our warranty like?

1.We confirm that the qualified rate for compatible toner cartridge is on or above 99%, less than 3‰ defective rate.

2.Quality assurance period for new compatible is 4 months, for recycled toner cartridge is 3 months after shipment received.

3.We will replace defective goods 1:1 once confirmed is our quality problem.
